When I have two or more email address loaded into my contacts under one
contact it is filing under the one name and not the name of the person
selected for the second email eg canterbury@hotmail.com and paula@hotmail.com
both come up under paula in the contacts search. Help!

Your post is far too vague.
Clarify how you are entering these email addresses, why you think you've
filed these addresses under a different name when you've entered them in one
Contact Record, where they are not appearing correctly and what Outlook
version you are using.
