I created an address book of muliple contacts on a Dell
laptop. I want to transfer this info (Contact list) to an
IBM Thinkpad laptop. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ACHIEVE IT. I
am trying to avoid retyping all the detailed address
listings. Both computers use Microsoft Office anf Windows
XP.

Outlook does not even use an address book. Define more clearly what you
created, how, and in what program.
