There are 2 different account users in my system. The
address book was accessible to both before I categorized
them:  business and family. Problems: (1)The address book
no longer contains a master list. I must now first select
the category, then all performs well enough...can I have
both the general all encompassing list AND the category
list or do I get one or the other?  (2) User #2 has no
access to any addresses or contacts...How do I correct
this?  (3) After establishing the category groups and
performing an Active Sync to my hand held computer, I
lost the general contact list that I had in my hand held.
What is the relationship to the faulty categorizing I did
in my desktop? (4)  I would love to start over and just
get back to a general all encompassing list that works
for both user accounts...Any ideas???

Your post is unclear. Specify your Outlook version and what you mean by:
1. "Categorizing your address book" The Outlook Address Book cannot be
sorted by category.
2. "Master list"

Clarify what Contacts Folders your Profile contains.

AcitveSync issues need to be posted in those groups.
