New Contact & Custom Form Problem

Well, I think they are related. Under Contacts, when I click "New" I get this
message: "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the
problem persists, restart Outlook." Also, when double clicking a Contact, I
get "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead."
These 2 problems only started recently (but after XP Pro SP2). I'm running
the latest Outlook, the custom form was created in a previous version. The
form works fine on another box with the same version of Outlook (2003) but
under Win2K.
Help is appreciated, I can't even enter new contacts right now :(

Update: I ditched my old custom form but still can't enter a new Contact
without the "Messaging interface error....". I'm still hoping someone has an
answer?

Finally figured it out if anyone is interested (from the Help section on
Custom Forms):
"Show only the custom views in a folder"
On the View menu, select Current View, click Define Views.
Select the Only show views created for this folder check box.

Now I can enter New Contacts w/o the Error Message.
