Web Page Address in New Window

I have IE open. When I open a Contact and right click on its Web Page
Address, the web page opens in the same window in IE thereby removing
the contents of that window.

Is there a setting, either in Outlook or IE to force a contact's web
page to open in anew window? I use Outlook 2000.

There is a setting in IE 6.0. Tools, Internet Options, then on the Advanced
tab, uncheck "Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts"
