Do you have to map each piece of data for all 21 contacts
for about 11 fields? I tried it a few times and only get
partial results?

My past experiences with exporting contact to Excel is that it pulls (maps)
the standard fields.  If there are customized fields you may need to do some
mapping.

When you are doing the optio to Export to File verify you are selecting
Excel as the export type.  On the last diaglog box select the field - Map
Outlook Fields and confirm that all the fields are there or even remove the
ones not needed.

FWIW, Outlook cannot import to custom fields. It's always a good idea to
double-check the mapping for any import, as Francine suggests.
