How do I remove old contact email addresses that come up
when I am typing in the "To" line on a new email to
send. I have changed the email addreses in Contacts but
the old email address still shows up on the drop down
menu under "To" when I start typing in the contact name.

You can do it one at a time by scrolling down the suggest list to the entry
that you want to delete and press the delete button. If you have many
entries to delete or change, you can download our utility at
www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm it's called Owtlook. It is an NK2
(autocomplete) file editor.

I am having the same problem - i have outlook 2000. if
someone's email address changes, I delete the old and
insert the new. For some reason, the old email address
keeps getting picked up. Any suggestions?
