hi all,

within our contact folder we use the schema: "company (lastname, surname)"
for the SAVE-AS field.

but when we start writing a new email, using the "To"-Button that opens a
selection/search view for all our contacts, we have the captions:
name, show-name (dont know the english counterpart for the german Anzeigename), E-Mail
Address, E-Mail-Type

is it possible to change the sorting/capitions within this dialog to these ones we use in
our contact folders (schema: "company (lastname, surname)" ) ??

would be great if there are any ideas !!

thanks in advance

cheers

The Outlook Address Book has two sort options
First, Last
File As...
If you don't know how to set it, you must post your Outlook version for
someone to be able to answer you.
