Hello,
I am trying to export and/or do a mail merge of my
Outlook 2002 contacts. While the merge/export does work
for Outlook defined fields, I am not able to get any of
the user-defined fields. The user-defined fields are on
another 'tab' in the contact eg General, Details,
Activities. The tab is user-defined as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must start the merge from Outlook, not Word, and the fields must be
defined in the folder, i.e. capable of showing data in a view.
