Outlook contact printing of even/odd pages on non letter paper size

I appear to have discovered a bug in Outlook which is reproducible on both
Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003.

I discovered this because a client of mine wished to print her contacts
for her Dayrunner Classic.  Should be no problem because Outlook supports
this paper size.  She also desired to print on the front/back of the page,
so following the typical directions for a non duplex printer, we set
Outlook to print first the even pages, then the odd pages.  Interestingly,
we only get half of the contacts printed.  For instance, if printing
all the contacts would yield 36 pages, then printing the odd pages should
yield 18 pages; however, we only get 9 pages.

This is also reproducible on both a Brother MFC-3220C and a HP Deskjet
932C.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select File/Print from the Contacts menu
2. Choose Card Style
3. Click Page Setup
4. Click the Paper Tab
5. Select Letter under Paper Type
6. Select Day Runner Classic under Page Size
7. Click OK
8. Select Number of Pages Even
9. Click OK

Then see how many of the contacts printed.  Works with Even or Odd;
however, if you select All pages, then it prints all contacts no problem.
Seems like a divide by 2 error somewhere in the code.

Anyone else ran into this and have a workaround?  I'll try and file a
support ticket with Microsoft later in the day.

As a followup, I discovered that I can get it to print all the contacts if
I use Letter as both the paper type and page size then set the margins to
be: 0.5 Top, 0.5 Left, 3.0 Bottom and 3.5 Right.  However, this shows me a
new problem which is that it reverses the margins on the even and odd
pages which is kind of a problem since most deskjet printers make you load
nonstandard paper sizes on the right hand side if you want to use the
guide.  Any workarounds for this?
