I am no longer a member of the company who had my MS Exchange settings.  I
deleted the profile from my email accounts but with it, it deleted my address
book!  Is there anywhere this information is saved on my hard drive that I
can re-import the info, or is there some way to un-do my deletion of this
account until I can copy the contacts?

if you use windows xp, you may be able to recover it using system restore,
and restoring back to the day before you deleted it, otherwise it's gone.
