I imported my OE6 address book to Outlook 2003 and OE Groups have become
Outlook Distribution Lists. However, they are empty. Any idea why? Can this
be corrected (i.e. the group memberships restored to the distribution
lists)?

- Thanks

OE groups do not persist and will not survive an import.

Thanks. What is the Outlook equivalent to a "OE6 group"?

Outlook uses Distribution Lists. They are stored in the Outlook Data File
and will persist from one installation to another if the data file is
migrated correctly.
