How can I transfer my Outlook folders from an old computer to a ne

I bought a new computer and I am trying to transfer my Outlook Agenda and my
e-mail folders. I am having a really hard time and I need to do this as soon
as possible. My Outlook version is 2002. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Explain this to me as if I am 3 year old!

The file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
