Hi All,

Since I have had Business Contact Manager Installed on
the odd occasion when i wish to open a contact I get the
following message "The custom form could not be opened,
Outlook will use an Outlook form instead" , I then press
ok and it say's "Array Index out of bounds" I then press
ok and it opens the contact in the deafult contact folder.

Now I have downloaded an the automatic update (Sevrvice
pak 1 for office 2003 and Business Contact Manager), it
does it all the time???
Has anyone had this happen to them??

Its ok with a little research on here I found the answer
and it works!!

This is a co mmon problem in Outlook and in BCM. You have
a corrupted forms
cache. Go to Tools, Options.
Click the Other tab.
Click the Advanced Options button.
Click Custom Forms
Click Manage Forms
Click Clear Cache.
