An end-user has people in her Contacts folder in Outlook
2K.  When she wants to write a new email to someone and
want to select someone from Contacts folder, she opens up
a new Mail Message window, and clicks on the To: button
(on the top left) -> Select Names window pops up ->
select Contacts from the Show Names from the: scroll down
menu -> Contacts is empty even though she has people in
Contacts folder.  Any idea about why people are not
showing up in the Contacts, and how I can make people to
show up in Contacts?

I had to re-profile the email due to the mailbox
migration.

Assuming Corp/Workgroup mode:
Go to Tools > Services. Make sure the Outlook Address Book service is
listed. If not, add it. Next, R click on the Contact folder or folders you
want the OAB to display, choose "Properties", go to the Outlook Address Book
tab and check the "Show this folder as an E-mail address book" box. You may
also need to go to Tools > Options > Addressing Tab and choose to show your
Contacts folder.
