Hi,
When I just dragged and dropped all my contacts from
Outlook 2002 to the iPod contacts folder they all came
across as an Outlook item and I can't view on iPod.  When
I look at how the sample one on iPod it is saved as a
VCard file.  I looked up help and see that I can save
individual contacts as a VCard file and I dragged and
dropped this into iPod and it worked.  Is there a way I
can export all contacts as a Vcard format.  When I look
at import/export it doesn't give me this option.  Any
suggestions as there is no way I can do each contact
manually!  Any assistance would be really appreciated.
Thanks Kaz

Export your contacts using the address book. Worked for me. Just selec
all your contacts, copy them and paste them into your ipod folder

Thanks for your feedback.  I tried what you suggested and
it didn't work.  Still came across as an Outlook item not
a Vcard so couldn't read in iPod.  I tried the other
suggestion that Sue provided and it worked a charm.
Thanks for responding.

There are a couple of tools that can do bulk export of contact and calendar
data as vCard and iCal files. See
