convert .pst outlook2003 to outlook98 without outlook 2003?

I had Outlook2003 when i exported my contacts file to a .pst. i now only have
access to Outlook98 and can not import the data. Is there any way i can
access my contact information?

No. You would need to convert it in Outlook 2003 by using the File > New >
Outlook data file... command to create a PST file in the old format.
