Please help I'm going mad When I select the call contact item in outlook this is what happens. I hear the dial tone then the number being dailed then absolutly nothing no ringing or engaged signal nothing. What am I doing wrong This does not sound like an Outlook problem if the number is passed to the modem. After that, the Windows dialer takes over. Try an OS group to troubleshoot. I noticed several of us in here seem to have the same issue with Outlook Calling... it would be great to find a solution soon.... I am encoutering the same problem... so hoping there is a solution out there...
