how 2 move e-mail address from contact folder to address book?

First time setting up address book, mistakenly entered all info into contact
folder, how do I move e-mail addresses from contact folder to e-mail address
book?? Using outlook as default.

There is no address book in Outlook. The only place data can reside is in
the Contacts Folder.
You just haven't configured the Outlook address book correctly.
Can't really tell you how. You didn't post your Outlook version. Look in the
KB for instructions:
