Somehow I ended up with two pst files that my outlook has.  One is
synchronized with my Clie and one that the Outlook actually uses.  How do I
fix that so that I only have one pst file?

State your Outlook version.
Elaborate on "somehow."
Can't you just R click and "close" the non-default file?
