How do I copy all the contacts possibly in one go onto an
A drive. I can do it with each individual contact but it
will take too long.

Is this for importing into Outlook on another machine or for backup
purposes, if so you could use the File > Import/export command and export
the Contact folder to a personal folder file and store it on the A drive.
