BCM itself installs and uses custom forms. But BCM sometimes has what's
known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the cache usually fixes it.
Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click
Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply clearing the cache doesn't fix the
issue, try the other steps detailed at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836558
The bulk of the forms cache issues in Outlook 2003 are fixed in Service Pack
1, so you should also install Office 2003 Service Pack 1 as well as BCM SP1.
I haven't checked whether the international versions are available yet.

Your suggestion worked. Clearing the cache solved my problem. I've got
Outlook sp1, but I'm not sure if I got BCM SP1. (ver. 1.00.2002.08). I'll
check the web an install BCM SP1 if available in my version.
Thank's a lot.

Great link to the solution. Just surprised my multi-phrased search of
support.MS didn't dig it up. Not enough linked words. Thought that there
was a solution ID in another fix that was SP1 related. It did not relieve
problem. Still have not worked out solution with customer/client with XP SP2
issues to see if totally fixed and to see if that is related. Thanks!

Thank you so much. I have only had this version of Outlook for two weeks and
was getting very frustrated.

Unfortunately, clearing the cache did not fix my 'forms cache' issue. I also
installed sp1 for Outlook '03 and BCM to no avail. I did review the link you
suggested below also, however, it does not appear to apply to the 'forms
cache' issue. Any further suggestions Sue?

You can try a more aggressive approach to clearing the forms cache. Delete the entire contents of the Forms folder that contains the Frmcache.dat file.
The microsoft.public.outlook.bcm group may have other suggestions.
