When new contacts are inputed to the system the telephone
numbers are shown in a US format instead of british
Telephone format can anyone suggest a possible fix for
this problem to swap them all back

Have you setup Windows telephony (the modem stuff) to use British format?

Yes this has all been setup and it only seems to affect
some contacts and not all

Hmmm, is there anything different about the contacts where it works and the
ones where it doesn't? Maybe the form is different, etc

from what I have been told the changed telephone numbers
with British format were changed manually. I am not sure
what u mean by form, one thing I have noticed when
looking up system information is that outlook is
currently set to use English(US) as the language I cannot
see where to change that to English(UK) I do not know if
this is causing the problem
