When i enter phone numbers with the full international
number prefixed by the '+' sign out look now removes
the '+' sign which means when i syncronise with my mobile
phone i have to manually edit the numbers in mobile phone

This used to work Ok and works with outlook 2000/XP

Outlook?

I have a similar problem: when Outlook formats numbers, asking for the
country and area code, the result (eg for most numbers in London, UK) is +44
(020) xxxx xxxx.  However, to dial that number from abroad it is necessary to
drop the leading zero.  Although this rule is the same for most EU countries,
Outlook does not manage this.

I would now like to edit all my numbers to replace "(0" with "(".  Is there
a way to do this?
