"Display Map of Address" button does not work

Problem - The "Display Map of Address" on an individual contact record
depresses, but does not launch any application or action.

Environment - Outlook 2002 and Microsoft Mappoint 2002. I've reinstalled
Outlook 2002, Run a Repair on Outlook 2002, then reinstalled Mappoint 2002.
I've tried the button at each step, but cannot get it to work. Curiously, I
remember it working at ONE TIME (launching Microsoft Mappoint and display
that address). However, I have not been able to determine what led to the
change, or how to fix it.

Any ideas?

Updated information to this post -
- The Mappoint Add In "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Geography\MPOAI9.dll" IS present. This file was replaced\refreshed
when I reinstalled Mappoint, of course.

- The "Display Map of Address" button located on the "Contacts" tool bar
DOES work. The button in this location is not that helpful, however. The
"Display Map of Address" button located on the tool bar for an individual
contact record is the one that I'm concerned about. THAT button did start
working again when I reinstalled Office and applied SP-1 & SP-2. It STOPPED
working when I applied any of the most recent updates to Outlook, Word or
Excel, however.

- MS Support instructed me to Remove the Mappoint Office Comm Add In and
then add it again. I've done that, but I still get no response from the
"Display Map of Address" button.

Any solutions or ideas would be much appreciated...
