What is the difference of Contacts and Outlook Address Book\Contacts?

Why I add new user to outlook contact it store in contact
not store in outlook address book\contacts? I use outlook
2002&2003. I create new mail click To and select outook
address book and select contact, it not show address that
I add.

Then you have not configured your Outlook Address Book correctly. When you
do, any Contact with an electronic address that you add to your Contact
Folder will appear in the Outlook Address Book:
