I'm using Outlook XP on two different computers. I
synchronize two .PST files between them, and open both
files when Outlook launches. The second file contains only
an additional list of contacts. On one of my computers,
when I want to send an e-mail to someone in the alternate
contacts list, the "Show Names from the:" function lets me
select either of two open lists (Contacts, Other List). On
the other computer, under the same conditions, that
function only shows "Contacts", and does not acknowledge
the existence of the other list. Ths, I can't use the
addresses from it for e-mail. I can't find the setting
that will enable use of both lists. Can you please advise
on the cause, and what to do? Thanks!

Dear Michael,

>The second file contains only an additional list of contacts

Click on this additional contact folder, right
mousecllick/properties/Outlook addressbook and activate the flag for "use
this contact folder as Outlook Addressbook".

Does it work now?
