What is the maximum number of contacts I can have in Outlook?
I am thinking about bringing a mass e-mail project in-house and have a list
of about 4,000 contacts.

I don't know of any defined limit. Customers of our eMailMerge 4Outlook
program run lists more than 4000 without any problems.

Depending on the version of Outlook and whether large table support is
enabled, the maximum number of items per folder is around 65,000.

After a lot of head-scratching, eracadio asked:
