I'm hoping someone can help.  When I compose an email, and
in the "To" box, type a letter, a person's name comes up.
That person is not in my contacts. I want to delete that
entry, but since it's not in contacts, I don't know where
to look.

Is there a setting that remembers addresses you have
emailed, even though they are not in contacts?  When I
click on the "To" button, I've checked every category
listed and that name is not there.

Help!

Not including your Outlook version makes it very difficult to answer.
I would assume these names are in your autocompletion cache if you are using
Outlook 2002 or 2003.
