Utility to Standardize Existing phone numbers

Hi,

Is there a proven utlity that can take the grunt work out of going back
throught existing contacts both public folder and local and satndarising the
format for TAPI aplications?

You mean converting into canonical format (number preceded by +1)? You can
download and run Phone Changer, which will do that for you. Install it and
right-click on the folder you want to convert in the Folder List, select
Properties from the context menu and go to the Phone Changer tab. You can
download Phone Changer from http://www.slovaktech.com/phonechanger.htm
