My parents share one PC and need 2 profiles each with their own contacts.
How do I set this up for them. ( I have already created the profiles, but the
address book is the same for both)

Then provide details on what you've done so far. Mention your Outlook
version while you're at it. Outlook has no address book, so I must assume
from what you've said that you configured both profiles to use the same
information store. Why?
