Hi everyone,
Does anyone know why when I create a new email message and I click on 'to' I
get my address book put it displays double entries for each of my contacts
(actually some don't have a double entry)?
If I click on contacts directly from Outlook, there are no double entries.
I am using Outlook 2002 with XP Pro SP2.
This happens when you have other information in the
contact record, like fax number. In my contact list, I
have this person in only once but her name appears three
times in my To window. If I select all three, this is
what they look like:
Marya Granger; Marya Granger (maryago@comcast.net); Marya
Granger (Business Fax)

Thank you. It makes sense indeed. Enjoy your WE.

I have a similar thing occurring with Outlook 2003. The
first entry is the e-mail address and the second is the
Business FAX.
