When I installed the new Microsoft Office XP Small
Business disk that included "Word", my address book in
Word changed in that it only included those names with
email addresses and when I tried to make an envelope or
insert a name and address from my address book off of my
contact list while in Word, it inserted the person's name
and email address and no street address. Help! It also
said "Outlook Internet Settings"

It sounds to me like you did not install this version of Outlook cleanly but
attempted an upgrade form IMO mode. Did you? That never works. This MS KB

Does Q301447 apply to Outlook 2003 and Word 2003 also? It only mentions
Outlook 2002 and Word 2002. I cannot access my addresses in Outlook 2003

I'm having a mail merge problem using the same software
too. Mine will merge all the information except for the
peoples Job Titles. HELP!
