Share contacts folder - pst only not exchange

Is there a way to share a contact folder using just the pst file and not
through exchange?

I can't test this but maybe you can.  Put the pst on a
shared drive.
The other person should go to file, open, Outlook Data
File and navigate to that location.  I'm sure you have to
give delegate rights before this will work.

No, you cannot share contacts folder using a .pst file as the file requires
exclusive read/write access per Outlook.  Once one program has it open, it
is unavailable for the others.
