My email server only allows me to have 25 recipients in
one email at a time. I am able to send 3000 in a day. Is
it possible to set up a list of 3000 addresses and have
outlook send off the same email automatically 3000 times
but with a different recipient per email.

Yes, with a mail merge to Word.
