MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / September 2004display as blues
i imported my address book from express===the address cards insist on displaying themselves with this display as feature which puts the name==not the address in the email slot when the address book is shown==i don't want to go through and erase these names out of the email fields ==i'd rather edit the display as feature but can't see how! please help! Post your Outlook version when you have a question. Many versions use the familiar name in the Email field and there is no need to change it. Why do you feel you need to?
