Every monday I email my sale team and ask them the same question.
Does anyone from the sale team have an appointment that I need to be on
please send me and invite via outlook calandar.  The problem is that the
sales people are suppose to take me out on sales calls, but they are always
forgetting to tell me about them until the last minute.  which gets to be a
real pain becuase i have to jump and run out the door with in minutes.  how
can I improve this process?

There are seldom technological solutions to behavioral problems. What's the
incentive for the sales team to take you along? Can you enhance it? What's
the downside of taking you along? Can you minimize it? Maybe it's as simple
as paying for the debrief over coffee afterwards.
