i downloaded (twice) the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool but i
am not getting a "backup" option when i open outlook and select "file".  i
have also gone to my Personal Folders in Outlook and attempted to copy each
folder individually, however, i do not have the option to copy the folder
either.  I am obviously not doing this correctly.  what do i do to backup my
mail and contact folders?

Don't make it so hard. Just make a copy of your PST file when Outlook is
closed. That's all there is to it.
