Create a new Personal Folders file (PST file) and your Contacts Folder into
it.
Open this PST in the other installation.

You copy it and open it on your desktop's installation of Outlook using the
File > Open command. If you copy it onto a CD, you will have to remove the
read only attribute it acquires from being on a CD.
