Somehow I can't update changes in a contact e-mail address. Any distribution list that included the old address reverts back to to the old address. Very aggravating. Help, please! Chuck Barnett Distribution Lists contact addresses do not get updated automatically when the corresponding contact's e-mail address is changed. This is a major disadvantage of using Distribution Lists. Many people prefer to use Categories instead as they let you do most things that DLs do without the disadvantages. If you will do mailings with your DL, you may want to look at eMailMerge 4Outlook (www.addins4outlook.com) which lets you use categories to achieve what DLs do.
