No contacts exported - Outlook 2000 WinXP Pro

I'm trying to export contacts from Outlook 2000 on a machine running Win XP
Pro.

No matter what type of export type tried, I only get headings but no contact
information.

Suggestions?

I'd suggest listing the precise steps you're using. You haven't given us
anything to go on.
