I have Office XP & XP Pro and have had to reload it
recently.  I imported all my personal folders back in and
that went ok.  I can see everything is there.  BUT when I
create a new email outlook will not show me any of the
email addresses that are in my contacts folder.

How do I fix this?

When you import, you corrupt the Outlook Address Book Service. Next time,
you should reconfigure Outlook to use your previous PST file. Now you need
to reset the Outlook Address Book Service to show the correct folders.
Remove it, restart Outlook and then re-add it, directing it to the correct
folder(s). You may need to enable the folders as email address books.
