How do I copy email addresses without the copying the names? Example: I want to copy "Joe Smith (E-mail)" and paste "joesmith@msn.com" Provide enough information. Answer would depend on where you are copying them from, where you are copying them to, and in what version of Outlook. Not an Outlook issue. In Outlook, you copy the email address by R clicking on it then selecting > Add to Contacts...
