How do I change the default contacts list in Outlook 2002?

I am running Outlook 2002 and Exchange. The default contacts list is the
Global list and I would like to change this to another contacts folder, this
was easy in 2000 but the same options are not available in 2002. I have
similar issues with a 2003 machine.

Open the Address Book > Tools > Options...
Show this address list first:
