How do I print a directory from Contacts and include the person's.

I have included photos with my Contacts, and now want to print a pictorial
directory. How do I do this? The default setups do not include this option.

This would require custom programming to save the photo, which exists as an
attachment to the contact record, and then incorporate it into the directory
document. Probably not a simple project.
