I need to create a rule that:
Looks for specific text in the Subject - easy
Add the contact to my address book with a specific category - How do I do
that?
I have Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003

Many thanks

Cheers

Ian

Rules by themselves can't do this. Rules that run VBA code can. If you want
to try it, the samples at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/zaphtml.htm and
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm should point you in the
right direction.
