How Can I design a personal contact card with new feilds
and existing fields from Outlook and make it the default
one for my Outlook, so I can import Excel files and load
them in the fields of my personal contact card according
to the colums headings of the Excel spread sheet?

I realy need this help urgently.

Many thanks in advance,

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customimport.htm.
