Don't want to use default email address.

I have several contacts with multiple email addresses.  I don't always want
to send to their default address but haven't figured out how to send to them
without typing it in manually. When I click on "to" it only shows their
default address.  I would appreciate any help!

Then you are not using the Outlook Address Book.
Post your Outlook version and mail support mode.
