Displaying Titles in My Address Book

I want my address book (Tools>Address book) to display certain names with the
title which I have typed in. Some names it displays the title (i.e. Dr.) but
others it doesn't.

Impossible to answer without knowing what Outlook version and mail support
mode you're using. We'd also need to know which column you mean in the
Address Book.

Have you looked at your File As... fields for these Contacts to see if that
explains the difference in what you're seeing?
