The Personal Address Book is just that, personal. That means the user can
change anything they want in it. There's no way to change that behavior.

But in pab users see AD users account looking for Telephone nombres,
locations an so on, and because of frecuently changes we want users to be
able to change this kind of AD info ( only their info ).

No, they see data stored in the PAB. If you want people to be able to change
their AD information, that's completely another matter. See
http://www.slipstick.com/exs/updategal.htm for possible solutions.
